Blek le Rat is a pioneer in stencil-style graffiti, he was here before Banksy and Shepherd Fairy. Starting his signature stencil art in Paris in the early 80s, he’s inspired many street artists around the world. Subliminal Projects in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles is currently holding an exhibit of le Rat’s work, and though it’s only been going on since April 5th, le Rat’s prints are already completely sold out.
