CS5 is Coming!

Adobe is currently accepting pre-orders for the new CS5 release. As with any new Adobe product this update is not without buzz, design blogs have already been having a field day with this for a couple weeks, while there’s even an Unofficial CS5 blog up and running. There are many upgrades and features being added to Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and there’s not very much waiting left!

Photoshop Evolution

Photoshop was started 20 years ago, above is the evolution of the tool box. It hasn’t evolved a whole lot, but I was a little surprised when I first used PS4, as all the tools are in one row.

Photoshop is Amazing

While searching for Photoshop tips, I came across a blog entry entitled If Celebs Moved To Oklahoma, (pictures are taken from PlanetHiltron.com) hence the title, it’s basically Photoshopped pictures of how celebrities would look if they were in middle America. Photoshop World Conference & Expo Set

The expo, sponsored by National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) is set for April 2nd to the 4th, 2008. The expo will be held at the Orange County Convention Center South, in Orlando Florida. The annual event will host up to 100 classes, taught by leading Photoshop experts.

The emphasis is obviously on Photoshop, however there will be information about other applications such as After Effects, Illustrator, Light Room, and In Design. A listing of all the events and classes are available at the Photoshop World website.
